LOST AT SEA
-ILLUSTRATED BOOK-
Illustrated story I made on march 2020, to present it at the anual competitive funds given by the MEC (Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay).
Software: Adobe Illustrator and AdobePhotoshop.
Two little girls and their imagination during laundry day can go very far.
Captain Bárbara Redstorm and Marimar Speakalot, are small pirates who will face many challenges in the middle of the circular ocean of the washing machine. Luckily they will be accompanied by Bear Cadet, who cleans the boat and keeps everything in its place.
Marimar has fun blowing bubbles while Bárbara takes her job more seriously and, like a good captain, stays focused on the steering wheel of the ship. Cadet Bear just wants to get to his destination without throwing up.
A storm never seen before attacks the ship! Legends call it "The Circle Tide". The ship spirals over and over again non-stop.
In the cabin of the ship, there is the most suitable crew for this challenge. Captain “Barbara Orange Storm” explains her plan to reach the promised land. The crazy pirate "Marimar HablaMucho" and the faithful "Oso Cadete", listen attentively.
When everything seemed to be going smoothly, The Kraken appears. On guard! Cadet Bear is ready with his mop, Marimar raises her pointed hook and Bárbara draws her powerful sword.
How will this story end? Can the crew win the fight against The Violet Kraken? To find out, you'll have to ask Barbara, she's the one telling the story.
